CILICIA. Tarsos. Tarkumuwa (Datames), satrap of Cilicia and Cappadocia, 384-361/0 BC. Obol (Silver, 9 mm, 0.66 g, 8 h). Head of a female facing slightly to left, with drapery around neck. Rev. Draped female bust to right. Casabonne Type 1. Göktürk -. SNG Levante 217-8. SNG Paris 310-1. Deeply toned and attractive. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, extremely fine.
